This week we celebrate our pupils venturing off into their work experience placements. This has been an opportunity for them to develop the skills and confidence required of them as they plan for the future.
We were delighted to have Hugh join the staff team this week where he supported the PE department. He has done an amazing job! He displayed an outstanding work ethic while developing the skills required to become a PE Teacher/Sports coach.
Hugh has proved that he is a natural when it comes to working with children. He is patient, understanding and is able to adapt to the need of each child, using a proactive approach. He has delivered warm ups and main activities during lessons, gathered and organised kit for pupils, as well as supporting pupils on a one to one basis. Everything required of Hugh was completed with confidence and maturity. Well done!
